Boston Rock Gym is excited to announce the addition of Yoga to our fitness offerings within the gym. Starting in January of 2015, we will be offering Vinyasa Flow Yoga for our members and the community.
Rebecca’s journey began in 2009, when her curiosity was piqued by a hot yoga class. Since then, Yoga has become much more than just a physical practice to her. Rebecca says Yoga has “taught me the gift of gratitude, positivity, self-love, keeps me grounded and makes me happy.” She received her Yoga Alliance Certification through Lexington Power Yoga.

Do you ever dream of flying? Now you actually can by signing up for classes in Aerial Yoga, a beautiful art form performed on circus silks and taught by certified instructor Andrea Isabelle Lucas. Aerial yoga is designed to incorporate the balancing and stretching components of yoga with the strengthening and exhilarating components of aerial arts.
