Originating in Russia, HADU is a unique fitness routine that uses the body’s own mass and strength for a full body workout, without the use of weights or additional fitness equipment. In HADU, unlike in most conventional training and muscle building systems, opposite muscles are being trained at the same time, making it a highly effective technique for toning and strengthening all parts of the body.

Aerial yoga is designed to incorporate the balancing and stretching components of yoga with the strengthening and exhilarating components of aerial arts.
