A one-day class taught by the author of Climbing Your Best -- Heather Reynolds. This class is for anyone who would like to improve their climbing.
Heather Reynolds holds a master's degree in kinesiology with a specialty in exercise physiology and is a full-time climbing trainer and coach. She has written on training for Climbing, Rock & Ice, and Indoor Gym Climber.

Cost: $50 for non-members and $45 for members
