Starting September 12th, join us Monday evenings from 7 pm - 8 pm for group strength and conditioning with Dan Kopcso!
Our weekly group sessions will focus core strength, grip strength, and general strength to help promote growth in your climbing. Additional topics covered include mobility, injury prevention, and tissue work.
